For delivery of work picture from editorial

Video

1. Individual Reels, export Same as Source or high-res compression e.g., Apple ProRes 422 

2. Visible timecode:

   1. TC start = full hour of the reel, or in the leader with the 10s or 8s countdown e.g., Reel 1 file start: 00:59:52;00, Reel 2: 01:59:52;00

   2. Position top left, center, or right of screen

   3. Include visual two-pop and tail-pop

   4. Version number/date burn-in (at least in header)

Audio
 

Individual Dialog, FX, Temp Music, and Source Music tracks:

1. Export as Stereo Interleaved (or if all tracks are mono, then mono is fine)

2. Sample Rate: Project Rate

3. Audio Format: WAV

*Each audio file should have two-pop and preferably tail pop in visual sync with picture

 

All files

1. Audio & Video files line up

2. File start = picture start, i.e. exactly on first frame of academy leader/countdown. No extra preroll.
